I probably could've got into ROH earlier but my local networks didn't have it for the longest time. TNA, meanwhile...the workrate was better but I was so burned out by WCW 2000 era bullshit I just couldn't deal with it.

TNA was a big one for me. I was young enough to not really care about the Russo booking stuff. Still have a vivid memory of flipping through channels and seeing AJ doing some crazy moves and then later Abyss bleeding buckets. As someone growing up in PG WWE that was crack
When I hear younger wrestling fans talk up TNA, it's like, yeah, it does sound like they didn't go through the worst of the end years of WCW so I can see how this might've been appealing. For me, I had seen a lot of that style of booking but at such a concentrated rate that I couldn't handle it.
