Really disappointed Everton is selling Chermiti. Needs regular playing time and hasn’t gotten it at Everton. Should be on loan to to a championship club see if he can come good. Clear that Thelwell likes him. If he goes, wish him the best. UTT!

A bummer end to his time at Everton after looking ready to take the next step last preseason. Still feel like there's a solid contributor in there.
Be sorry to see him go, always thought he could hold it up and had a decent finish. Hope he does really well and finds his way back to a higher level after a year or two.

It's a weird one, it's a fee that's difficult to turn down given he's done nothing at the club, but I genuinely think there is a player in there and given a chance he might shine...so it bums me out a bit. Suppose Moyes knows best.
I think we've effectively upgraded him with Barry i.e. a work in progress striker albeit a more expensive one with a much higher ceiling. I'm expecting either an experienced older striker to come in as third choice OR a hybrid player that can also play wide tight.

Remember speaking to the Sporting GM (look at me name dropping) about him when we signed him and definitely getting a feeling they’d had us over. That said, every time I saw him come on for us he looked a handful with potential 🤷🏻♂️
