Seattle should adopt similar legislation. Imagine mini-towers like this all around Cal Anderson, Volunteer Park, Genesee, Mount Baker Park, Discovery, Magnuson, Interlaken, the Arboretum, etc.

Green Lake with its already existing protected bike lane loop, new developing protected route along Ravenna that connects to the mouth of U-district (Regional Center), & proximity to Roosevelt station at minimum should be allowing something like this around the lake.
