I think its biggest problems lie in how it’s being monetized and sold. If folks were honest about its limitations and value and weren’t so hellbent on replacing all labor in the world with one guy in a Patagonia vest alone on a giant pile of money we wouldn’t be having these convos

its not that i disagree per se but this deeply confuses me. if i offer someone a spaceship and i say it also gives head and solves world hunger, but, it's actually just a spaceship, they still have a spaceship, even if they also have blue balls

And hunger spikes because everyone sold their farms because surely nobody would buy vegetables now that the spaceship will feed everyone

if i charged world hunger prices for it, sure, but, inference is pennies for hours of (kinda half assed) work, you cant even get that in depressed economies anymore
