The fact she has a lawyer speaks volumes. If I truly didn't know my name had been involved in something, I wouldn't have a lawyer answering for me.

She may not have known about the story in the birthday book but she was part of that whole scene and when this started blowing up a month ago it would have been wise to retain a lawyer in the event your name came out when at some of the associated files were inevitably released/leaked.
