These are drawings of an imaginary place that'll never exist & has no connection to the reality of Gaza. "Plans" involve things like accounting for needed infrastructure, estimating costs and revenues, predicting the interest owed on construction funds, etc.

I certainly wasn't criticizing you or suggesting you thought these were realistic plans. I just don't think journalists should pretend that things T* says are connected to reality when they're not. These aren't plans, they're T*'s masturbatory genocide fantasies.
