As long as you can maintain a consistent high temp (like 450F) for 40 mins AND include a tray with some ice in it for steam in the first half, I think it could work! I'd certainly try if I had one. I'd rest it on a cookie tray or something instead of the rack, though.

Pretty sure my parents would have either refused to let me use AI or made me double my efforts, confirming the information it fed me from real resources. I'm 60 and they were intellectuals, a teacher and an engineer. AI will further contribute to the dumbing down of our average IQs.
My best tip is just to DO IT. I've found sourdough far more forgiving than it's reputation. I feed my sourdough once a week, after I use it for our weekly loaf. That way it's always ready. The worst sourdough loaf is better than any commercial bread you can buy. :)
