As a court reporter, I can tell Floridians that your insurance company will deny if your roof is even close to 15 years old for “wear, tear, marring, & deterioration.” I’ve seen denials for 3 years! Now, homeowners have one year to report a claim or they’re denied. That’s DeSantis “plan to help.”

My governor made it legal for an insurance company to cut a % of clients at-will without cause in order to “help”.
