Okay 👍🏻 1. Smell some rubbing alcohol. Some people will feel a reduction in nausea. 2. Ginger, mint, or chamomile can be soothing to nausea and stomach issues. Avoid mint if you get reflux. 3. Pressure points for nausea can help! Motion sickness bands or pressure on inner wrist.

I also used to get acupuncture for severe nausea which helped me a lot. Also also, if natural remedies don’t work, there’s medications like Zofran and Compazine or OTC things like Bonine or Dramamine that can help too.

I’d add smell a fresh cut lemon. Lemon extract or oil if you don’t have a lemon. In a pinch, just thinking about slicing a lemon and what it smells like can help. Oh, & sometimes chewing or sucking on ice. Worked with cancer patients & we kept a bowl of lemons & had an ice pellet machine on hand.
