I don’t think he’s actively working to oust Trump, but I think he was probably involved in the WSJ / Epstein leaks that were designed to weaken him. The GOP has gotten most of what they want from Trump, so they can afford to cut ties with him - just hard to do without alienating MAGA.

Except when he came over to the UK on holiday, he had cosy little meetings with our worst right wing politicians. Building alliances ready for the takeover? Teaching them from the authoritarian playbook? It made me feel very uncomfortable as it felt like prep work.

I think he can’t stand trump but sees him as a means to an end but will never publicly admit it. But does he have the nerve to voice those opinions to others? You think he’d fear they would rat him out. He wants trump’s blessing to run. 🤮
