we had a pupper like that growing up. found by the side of the road by our vet and he strongly suspected he was abused. he only ever barked once and we were so proud of him. but he was the bestest most loving dog. anyone that abused animals has a special place waiting for them in the underworld

There should be a special prison for those involved with puppy mills where they are shoved in small, filthy, cages with little food or water, and no escape for their rest of their miserable lives.
