Expanding the broken court is not the solution. It's unacceptable that we would have half our court composed of experienced and reputable constitutional scholars, and half the court composed of criminal, bribed partisan hacks intent on dismantling our democracy. They already installed a king.

Congress holds the purse strings, and the Supreme Court has no other legal source of funds. It is within our ability when we have a majority, to end this Criminal Court and recreate one with integrity, honesty, dedication to democracy and justice for all. And serious laws with consequences.

Remove Senate fr initial appointment process and let federal district judges & magistrates tee up who they think should be promoted within the system, including onto the Supreme Court. Also, there's a couple fed districts with only 1 judge (red states) & this can't be allowed to continue. Fix this

My strong preference is to eliminate the Senate from the initial appointments process in favor of having the federal judges tee up (in some fashion) who they think should be on the SC. Also, some fed districts have just one judge, and this has caused us all massive pain. This can't continue.

If we had the votes to place term limits, we'd have the votes to actually fix the Supreme court, which is badly broken. These are critical employees. We need a national search and thorough FBI and IRS background checks. These people literally define what is legal. They should be above reproach.

My solution is to impeach some of the conservative members (e.g., Roberts, Thomas, Alito). But this can't be done unless the Dems have control of both houses. Any judge who concurred in the decision supporting Presidential immunity is guilty of malfeasance.

IMO it is more crucially important to reform the SC using outside independent oversight to enforce real penalties, not censure, to curtail unethical behaviors and corruption, to beef up impeachment to include removal and/or possible disbarment, and place term limits, and then, if needed, expand it
