A bunch of people at the Belltown Community Council who are able to use drugs in their apartments really would like to know why people who are provided housing in order to exit homelessness aren't being drug tested as condition of staying off the street.
You're willing to help someone without shelter, but not if they've done LSD, eaten processed white bread, didn't file their taxes, or watched Springer ever.
