I kinda like that the company I work for continues to profit so I can stay employed, keep my benefits, health insurance, vacation and sick days.

A lot of people don’t understand they’re being taking advantage of. Just wait until his job is outsourced or given to someone with H1B visa. Then he’ll change his opinion.
