Honestly, IMO Putin would not dare to invade Ukraine had they not been pressured to give up their nuclear weapons and ultimately hand them all over to Russia in 1996. If Ukraine had the power to end the Russian threat with a single launch order, I think Ukrainian citizens would be safer for it.

Well you can't speed up the time it takes (years) spent as a Resident to build up enough experience to become an Attending physician. Regarding time spent in medical school: I think the bottle neck isn't in the speed of information delivery, it's in the students rate of knowledge retention.
