You don't understand that this would mean that Europe actively enters the war in Ukraine and will be targets themselves. Ask yourself why this wasn't done already in 2022? Because it means that Europe would enter the war as an active participant. It wont happen for that reason.

Nonsense. 1) Ukraine is large enough that NATO could establish a no-fly zone far from FLOT, to shoot down drones and cruise missiles. 2) Russia does not actually have control of the air space, so their manned aircraft does not venture beyond their own FLOT.

How are they going to stop drones and missiles? Most Russian warplane strikes on Ukraine are done from Russian air space.
Awesome, I've been saying countries should open factories there owned by their companies that bring their own AA (and thus freeing up some space for Ukraine to concentrate elsewhere) but this would be way better.

Should be noted that a no fly zone historically means all air defences that can risk the safety of the policing aircraft are destroyed within a certain range. This is what happened over Iraq & Bosnia. Guessing this Zone would only go into Ukraine as far as Belarussian/Russia border.
Resuming civil aviation is... Risky. With so many drones and missiles attack the risk of confusion is not insignificant. You only need one anti-air battery to make the split second of a wrong call and they take down their own jet. Didn't we already see that happening with an F-16? Friendly fire.
Russian aircraft regularly conducted missions into Ukrainian airspace at the beginning of the invasion. Now Ukrainian air defence capabilities force them to rely on stand off weapons from behind Russian lines. So the no fly zone suggestion for Ukraine is essentially meaningless.
The no fly zone would include russian cruise missiles and drones. If the commitment was made it would inspire an increase in AA defence.
