That's my impression too. Not sure the paylines mean much right now.

Have talked to multiple people in last week that have low single digit percentile grants, all stuck at pending. One of those is a 1%.

Personally, I got a request for JIT in May, again in July, status changed to pending in late July. Starting to seriously consider what to do if it doesn't come.

I'm in the same boat. I was told it passed Council in May. Never asked for a JIT 😭

Sadly not true anymore. Mine was pending, did a JIT (including bloody IRB approval as it's a clinical study) then suddenly pulled from paylist when paylines were cut in late July. Brutal experience.
