That's what I've been figuring. So much easier and cheaper to convince your enemy to kill themselves off than to, say, properly maintain an aircraft carrier.

It really seems that is the goal here. Put AI into everything while lobbying for an administration that wants to dismantle public health. The elite don't think they need the working class anymore and are trying to rid us like you would an infestation.
