Which is really saying something, considering it's James Pond in the first place. I *want* to say he's now lower than even Bubsy in people's expectations but I've got this horrible nagging feeling there's probably some fucking awful update to Bubsy happening as I type this.

Yeah, I was going to say the same. It appears they are leaning on the 'self-aware' annoyance of Busby and making a joke out of it. It also looks like it plays well.
