What do you want the public to do? They're not ICE, you know. Their faces aren't covered, they aren't snatching people. The National Guard has been taken away from their families and their jobs and they are not doing what they signed up for, which is to help people in emergencies.

You seem to be arguing a version of “they’re just following orders.” While true, it’s no excuse. I’ve seen many videos where the civilians are much less accepting of this invading army in their midst. The folks here seem to have full accepted their presence. That’s a problem.
