No one will care about whoever the new figurehead is though. Trump had a very unique grip on people. There is nobody on the right with his reach. That's why they all bow down to him. They know they're nothing without him.

This being said, it makes for a problem on the left too in that a lot of people might tune out of politics altogether if the Trump show ends since so much of the fight has been about stopping him specifically.
