When he finally does speak publicly we should still assume he was unable to before that and demand answers.
We've been in it all year. Just look at how often he has no idea what the executive order he's signing is while Miller tells him about it and Trump nods his head and says "oh that's nice".

If we assume this is legit and not another fake picture/old picture chat gpt tells me an 80 year old man with heart problems and frequent strokes typically has 6-12 months remaining once severe problems start. We must also assume he's been having problems way before now too.
