Ohh, instant pot is a great idea! I did a batch about a month ago over the stove, next time will try the IP 👍

Man, once I figured out to use the IP, I have never done it the “old” way again! I set the IP under the stove vent to help with the fumes, then take the liner out and do the same to cool!
