In a London cafe the other day where the menu had an Egg and cheese roll which had the description of "two eggs and probably too much cheddar" and I can't think of anything nicer.

My daughter is vegetarian. Steve takes her skiing every Feb and this one hotel they go to in Italy often serves her 2 fried eggs on a bed of cheese slices as the veggie option. She loves it. 🤷🏻♀️

Reminds me of a pub with cheese and onion rolls kept on the bar under a glass dome. A big honk of cheddar, and thick cut onion, in a crispy cob. Advertised as *Fresh cobs*. That was true-ish. Delivered every Tuesday. Cobs would still be on the bar next Monday lunchtime.

Reminds me of a Seattle restaurant. Every item had a long description except Crab Cakes: more crab, less cake.
