If the us attacks Greenland or Panama does NATO then attack the us?

Greenland yes, Panama no. Greenland is an autonomous territory of Denmark and Denmark is a NATO member, therefore the other NATO members are obligated to treat any attack as an attack on them. Panama is not a NATO member.
