Cascades is a state supported route that runs Eugene-Portland-Seattle-Vancouver Officially Amtrak doesn't do commuter service, but like... *looks at Hiawatha* come on...

Cafe cars with no seats are the worst

There's been a long running issue with people camping limited cafe seating when it is provided in other equipment. The older cafes also have problems with lines. The new stock has a good amount of table seating in the regular cars that can be reserved by those that want more space.
