Unhappily it's getting worst Clare We still have 40⁰ in some regions, about 3000 firemen, one dead, several wounded, hundreds evacuated, uncounted animals dead by fire, thousands of agricultural land destroyed, and the country is under "state of calamity" with all traditional festivities forbidden

Good Morning, Clare. Yes, my brother is safe up in his tiny Village, I'm safe near the sea. All forests and parks keep closed to the public and no summer festivities. Foreign help is coming too. 🫂💦

It depends on the workout. Sometimes I use weights, sometimes machines. But never cardio - not my thing.

Love weights. Use to go to a fitness class, mainly followed the HIIT program, before Covid, then they eventually had to close after trying to do it online. Need to find a new one, lol. Better late than never for this old girl.
