We KNOW that if a cop shot up a car full of people because he figured there were drugs in it that it would be murder. We KNOW excessive use of force when we see it. We KNOW that more than one person can be complicit and charged for the act of a murder. We KNOW that our government shouldn't be

No serious person contends that the Iraq invasion was not a war crime. Hundreds of thousands dead, nobody charged. Just an extension of US's mideast policy of terror and destabilization, kick their ass and take their gas, that had been going on since the 1950's.
