Why are you such a stickler for using the terminology that the perpetrators insist that you to use to describe their crimes? & most of the world has understood that U.S. is dangerous, lethal, & can't be trusted for some time now, many of them learned it 1st hand. It's Americans who don't see this.

I don't know why you're ribbing this guy unnecessarily. "War crime" is a legal term. We're dealing with international law, and with international law what you charge them with and why matters. Accurately labeling it a "war crime" does not mean we have met any international standard for...

...declaring or going to war. It means we have used our military to commit mass scale crimes against a whole country. "Murder" would reduce this to an "oops" legally. "War Crime" means the US is bullying the shit out of another country, which we are. Because our crime is not just killing...

Yes it is. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_crime War crimes also included deliberate attacks on citizens and property of neutral states, such as the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.

Ok, well, if it's not murder have at it then. Because if there's one thing we know about war crimes, it's that they're committed with impunity. Fire when ready, Gridley.

We KNOW that if a cop shot up a car full of people because he figured there were drugs in it that it would be murder. We KNOW excessive use of force when we see it. We KNOW that more than one person can be complicit and charged for the act of a murder. We KNOW that our government shouldn't be

summarily killing civilians no matter what country they're from. We KNOW the difference between right and wrong. We KNOW that nobody is going to stop these ppl no matter how murderous they get or what atrocities they commit. We KNOW we're not the Nazi-punchers we flattered ourselves thinking we are.

Okay, not disagreeing with any of that. We're horrible, shitty people really. My point was the other guy was right about "war crimes" because that is the proper, legal path. If the US collapses as bad as I hope, we're going to see Obama, Bush, Clinton and Trump get arrested.

Yeah, I know what you meant, I'm just saying that letting murderers dictate the terminology of the discussion is dumb.

Are you seriously suggesting that Rubio is ever going to be charged with this war crime? Most of this list is WWII show trial stuff. The few Americans in the modern era are token individual actors, there are no state directed crimes, of which there have

The same American / Israeli temporary invincibility that would prevent a war crimes charge will also prevent murder charges. As far as Rubio, YES, because our country is going to have a full collapse and that will weaken everyone's protections. As it stands, they barely stave off assassination...

...attempts. Barely. Israel and America are in a rapid state of collapse, as it stands our leaders avoid certain countries where they WILL get arrested. Same with Netanyahu. The noose is rapidly closing on our nations. The only ones that won't face justice, will escape by dying of old age first.

No serious person contends that the Iraq invasion was not a war crime. Hundreds of thousands dead, nobody charged. Just an extension of US's mideast policy of terror and destabilization, kick their ass and take their gas, that had been going on since the 1950's.
