It would disappoint you to know that we've been together over a decade and that a lot of those boxes we've had. The sad part is we aren't unpacking. It's been a month.

Tiffy or me? Yeah. I got a HVAC guy coming tomorrow. He's going to do a report for repairs. Mary Dana is awesome and she's ready to get us a new place as quick as possible. So we'll see.
