Wind also charges batteries. Wind plus battery projects are already being built. Wind and solar often complement each other. Batteries complement both.

Wind, solar, and hydro often cancel each other out, causing curtailment. Take a sunny spring weekend in Ontario. At least 2 of the producing electricity sources will need to be curtailed.
That sounds like a grid problem. If you're curtailing power, you haven't built enough export capacity.
Export to where? And at what price?
Uh yeah, sorry I forgot Ontario was an island in the Pacific
Wow. If Ontario has a surplus, so does Quebec, New York, and Ohio. But hey, sarcasm always helps a conversation. Have a good day.
