I think the House still could pass them but I think there might be four "no" votes in the Senate that would kill it.

Grassley could be a no. He's screwing the farmers and I don't think he's worried about getting primaried when he's 100 years old.

Agreed. I think a lot of farm state Senators would be no votes. Yes, if the USSC upholds this ruling... it would be difficult for Trump to get it passed as a bill out of both houses.
