Which is exactly why, if it is needed, saying he won’t work with Starmer is not too bright.

With my tin foil hat on I can imagine a scenario were labour form a coalition with the tories to keep the 'auld firm' going, and keep the status quo . Or am I just over thinking this Mike 🤣

Can’t see it, Phil 😂 But we know Lib Dems have a “no coalition” policy after the last debacle. So it may fall to the Greens.

I suspect Labour will get mullered at the local elections next May, will Starmer survive? Even if he did not survive as Leader whoever comes in will keep the same policies - I voted Green last time and likely would again. Labour is dead to me, just like the Tories always have been.

I’m the same, the way this Labour party treated its own members was abhorrent and they’ve continued the trend on the elderly and sick, and the least able to defend themselves, these charlatans have got 0 chance of being reelected. I voted green and will gauge how Your Party evolves.

I'm keeping the faith. I wish they would come out and talk up Europe and criticise Farage.

I suspect your faith isn’t the same as their faith. We all find a point where the faith dissolves. When a human rights lawyer enacts draconian legislation against peaceful protesters and signs deals with Peter Theil and Blackwood for our data then you know he’s no longer believes in human rights

Typical of the misinformation about the government but their poor communication doesn't help their cause.

The decision to proscribe PA was ridiculous and wouldn’t likely have passed parliamentary scrutiny alone. But bunched in with two violent Neo-Nazi groups, it was passed. Another self-own by Labour govt. Especially when any vandalism can be dealt with using criminal prosecutions.

No one has signed any legislation against peaceful protestors. The proscription of an organisation needs to pass through Commons and Lords in a vote. It’s contentious because three groups were passed in a single vote - not in case by case basis. And this decision is being challenged in the courts.

Mike the outcome was planned, as you say they lumped them with two far right terrorist organisations - he knew what would happen so to my mind he has enacted this proscription knowing the outcome. Not surprised government approval rating is down to 17% in favour & 70% against - that’s huge

That’s politics. The executive proposes, the legislative approves, and now the judiciary will adjudicate on the legality of that decision. This is how democracy works.
