How about "Dade - Collier Concentration camp" make the counties that created the space own it, with no ability to deny it. Maybe the residents of those counties will not like the bad publicity.

That was proposed a few days ago, and I like it. I just couldn't remember the county names at that moment and didn't feel like searching for them.
