There's also "what", as in "what the fuck is it even for?". We have no solid plans for colonization. No need for🔋that solar couldn't meet. There is nothing of known interest to mine for. Even for the obscenely wealthy, the commute from a moon mansion to Earth is too expensive & risky to be worth it.
