Not a fan of Rothko, Pollack, Hirst, etal. Do like Hockney, Banksy. There’s still much yet to see/learn-my⏳s running out fast.😟
Banksy is a wonderful example of the artist-activist. His self-destructing painting girl with red balloon was an epic moment. He’s one of Duchamp’s grandbabies.

Your sensibility is fantastic. To have tastes, interests in the arts is everything. I’m learning from you too. Just saw a wonderful show of Hockney’s prints of his iPad drawings, his fax machine prints and copy machine prints. Hockney is a fave. At 88yo now, he never quits.
