I think-I hope-I’m finally starting to make sense of this series of quotes put together. Not being familiar w/the source, I was perplexed/distracted by the quote marks for each phrase. But if my eyes can set those aside, it reads like a diary excerpt from the long (his)story of deep oppression…💔sad.

He was unusually needy 24/7: had to have someone w/him to watch whenever he used litter-troubles I won’t detail. Also, he could be sweet then suddenly turn violent. So many yrs I’ve yearned for a sweet little cat of my own to❤️But now I’m too sick/old to be able😢B’s decision: practical/Final but💔4me😔
A couple yrs after he died I started looking for indoor cats to adopt fr/RSPCA. Could never find one anywhere near us…Yrs passed-I’d look now & then, desperately wanted a cat that was more Mine (🐈been hers/Alpha1-I was bottom of the pack). We got used to freedoms we’d not had…& my health tanked😔😢
&my health’s deteriorated so much I can’t go anywhere now-that also played a part in her decision: how could she go away even on a short stay & leave me to do all the looking after? A Jekyll/Hyde🐈she adopted as a kitten in Dubai: whoever had him 1st must’ve maltreated😢.That+6mos🇬🇧quarantine hurt him…
That’s part of it. After our🐈had to be put to sleep at 18😢-horrific necessary choice-we got rid of/donated whatever was still useable/food we had left. Then B-in whose bed/rm he’d always slept/where his litter tray was-found she had room to move. We were free to go away w/out stress on him…

My mom loved raccoons. Where I grew up there were tall🌳s out back. One had a hollow 1/2way up where raccoons used to live. Eventually they worked out how to remove the lid fr/our garbage bins, wh/peeved my dad! After a few yrs they disappeared😔. By then I think rabies was affecting them across the🇺🇸😢
He was actually brilliant in it- a complete surprise, tbh. We’ve never been into rap, but that semi-autobiographical🎥was absolutely engrossing, heart-rending; at times difficult-even painful-to watch, for its unflinching realism. It deserved every nomination & kudos it garnered.
You mentioned seeing Gettysburg w/a guide. Ppl need one, as built-over as that battlefield became😠. I🤬at how commercial it was; strived to take📸far fr/that-showing the essence of what it really looked & Was like. Antietam’s the best preserved of all battlefields: It IS Just As It Was.
