I'm definitely not a Trump voter, but there's a recurring theme among them that the left makes them feel guilty about everything. This messaging, that it's "white voters", not just some of them doesn't help.

A majority of white voters voted for Trump in 3 consecutive elections. It’s a fair characterization. Of course the 47% who didn’t vote for Trump are important. But dude…. The numbers are telling the story. Not me.
Such a dangerous path to go down. Impugning a race based on a statistic that is true based on the numbers leads to a lot of bad consequences. Is "The numbers show that xxx race/gender does zzz, and therefore the entire race/gender is responsible" a good message?
But ... they DID elect him. We're at the "not all men are bad" phase here. No, not all white people elected him (I sure as hell didn't vote for him) but his demographic is white. So if that hurts white voters feelings, perhaps it's time for some introspection on their part, particularly women.
