I 100% agree--but I also can't help but remember that we had all the energy heading to the polls last November too, while Trump's events were somber and poorly attended in comparison. OTOH, I'd still rather be us than them heading to the next one at this point.

Honestly I know a ton of dems and leftists who stayed home due to the fumbling multiple times on Gaza. I think the election was won by a bunch of people sitting it out who didn’t believe it would get this bad. Tired talking them back but they were adamant.

Heh, see, this was the other reason why I was sure we wouldn't lose--people /had/ to remember how bad Trump was the first time, right? RIGHT? Turns out, not so much. :p I hope the folks who sat out over Gaza are happy with the way things turned out.

Could be. I just know there were alot more people on my circles that sat this one out that never had skipped voting before. Or who voted for stein. Who I haven’t heard a peep from since November…
