What Trump is saying is dumb. It should be treated as the stupid comment that it is. We should focus our critical ire on this.

It’s his inherent abuser/rapist logic on show. I don’t think we should consider it a ‘stupid comment’. We should treat it as intrinsic to his worldview.

I think the absolute stupidity of it matters. He is disconnected from reality. He doesn't understand the narrative. That matters, prima facie. Being a rapist has never really mattered to anyone, we've known since he was a Democrat, because we are a deeply sexist country.
