"Flooding" is ceding more capacity than they have. Sprinkling "blue" cities with soldiers on false claims of excess criminal violence is still an abuse of power, but its effects are possibly more damaging to the administration through slow weakening of the forces and increasing farcical operation.

A lot of MAGA do. They understand very well what Musk et al want to do. Hence the rebellion. And while there is a lot of racism and nativism, there is also a hard current on dignity and respectability, that work shouldn't be everything. It's a very easy Dem Party opening.

It just feels like the authoritarian/fascist discourse overlooks how oppressive this country was until fewer than five decades ago. I think a lot hope Trumpism might thread the needle to a neo Jim Crow. Many would be ok with that. Of course, it's unlikely this clown car enterprise can manage that.

I didn't see anything promoting White Women in that way. We have a problem as a broad demographic, but we are also, especially left of center, the targets of significant biases as well. Or did we forget about Hillary Clinton?

I barely get to be in my field with a PhD. Men with nothing but some lateral experience are elevated. Did you never wonder why women have to use their credentials in SM identification? We are dismissed without them. But your attitude leads to another form. It's impossible to exist sometimes.
