I wouldn't be surprised if ECHR got rewritten anyway, and we'll start denying asylum to anyone arriving here on small boats. The big problem then becomes what do you do with people who do still arrive

The ECHR isn't the reason we have to offer asylum - that's the older 1951 Convention on Refugees which Churchill signed.
