So the media is definitely guilty of “both sides”ing everything. Right now though, Democratic approval ratings are in the tank because Democrats aren’t fighting. They are listening to DC consultants who are telling them to just focus on tariffs and midterms. That is not going to cut it.

I’m somewhat involved w/TX Dems. A lot of RR’s list (and I absolutely love him) can’t happen simultaneously. It happens sequentially. If we take back house in ‘26 w big enough margins, THEN we make sure it doesn’t happen again. The HUGEST disappointment is media giving GOP a pass on everything.
I agree with that. His list is too much to be done at once. Right now, I don’t see DC Dems doing hardly anything on the list. I’m very proud of most of the Texas Dems though. They have fought with every tool they have. And yes there’s plenty of blame for the media but Dem leadership has to step up.
That’s just not true at all. Pritzker is fighting. Texas Dems are fighting. Newsom is fighting. Jeffries and Schumer aren’t doing anything. They keep voting for Trump’s appointees. Why? They are doing nothing about the guard in DC. They should hold press conferences daily and have a shadow gov.
