Yes I hear a lot of this. I think they do think it will fix itself somehow. Itās denial and belief in American exceptionalism. Or they just think their privilege will protect them.

I agree with that. His list is too much to be done at once. Right now, I donāt see DC Dems doing hardly anything on the list. Iām very proud of most of the Texas Dems though. They have fought with every tool they have. And yes thereās plenty of blame for the media but Dem leadership has to step up.

Thatās just not true at all. Pritzker is fighting. Texas Dems are fighting. Newsom is fighting. Jeffries and Schumer arenāt doing anything. They keep voting for Trumpās appointees. Why? They are doing nothing about the guard in DC. They should hold press conferences daily and have a shadow gov.
I think itās him. There were no pictures of him actually golfing though so he may have just walked outside for a photo op. He didnāt even talk to the press which is unusual for him.
So the media is definitely guilty of āboth sidesāing everything. Right now though, Democratic approval ratings are in the tank because Democrats arenāt fighting. They are listening to DC consultants who are telling them to just focus on tariffs and midterms. That is not going to cut it.

New Mexico is overriding the federal government on the topic of COVID19 vaccines to ensure their residents can access them. States hold a tremendous amount of public health power. They should use it.
