#DeTransLaw Update in Jane Doe v Lick, et al! We now have the first ruling on a Detransitioner claim that providing GAC consititutes discrimination in violation of Sec. 1557 of the ACA. The circuit court dismissed this claim and just 2 weeks ago an Appeals Court affirmed that decision.
