Great groundwork for him potentially slipping into the Bones/Jadzia/Trip role, too: someone who has lived even longer than she has and can understand a little of what that's like. And yet delightfully, old as they are, she and he are both "newer" than the DISCO crowd. That could be a lot of fun.
