Why can the FBI violate privacy rights by trolling social media looking for political dissidents, but they are NOT able to do the same to preempt school shooters like that dirtbag school shooter in Minneapolis?! If they are going to violate rights, at least target true harmful people and threats 😣

You do not have any legal expectation of privacy on a social media account. You only have that in places that you would expect privacy, like a bathroom or private email.

That makes sense - BUT - I don’t post my name or address on here. So that’s an invasion of some sort of privacy somewhere. And definitely infringement on free speech. SM or not, if I don’t like someone I can say just how awful I think they are. And I’m not alone lol.

If you don't post it, people probably won't find it but don't bet on it. I don't post my information but someone found my address and sent threatening and disgusting letters to my wife. It happens. You can say what you want but this is a public forum that everyone can read, including cops. ✌️
