Someone purchased the guns legally, I would think, then resell them. Here the heroine drug trade was great for the city gangs. They sold drugs higher priced. Then buy guns to return to the cities. Guns are easy to buy legally in Vermont.

My dad used to collect from penny pincher classifieds. The last time I recall seeing one was probably in the 90’s.
