I'm going to riot if I got sick from going to the hospital's lab. I wore an N95 mask but had to remove it for 45 seconds to chug diagnostic liquid. My throat hurts. It could be my body making ulcers for sport or it could be germs.

Chances are very high that you’ll be OK. I’ve had to remove my mask for three dental implants and subsequent crowns in five years and haven’t gotten Covid. Each lasted over an hour. Wishing you the best. 🤞

Thank you. Benadryl helped, so it's probably just my body being unreasonable. I've avoided COVID so far, but the fear is always there when the mask must come off (even briefly) in public.
