What do you mean by "dreams in public"?

To dream in public is to speak a vision of a better future

I think a lot of people do that though, even if they know it'll never realistically happen. Every time someone goes out and protests that's essentially what they're doing.

I disagree actually. I think protest usually are against something and don’t articulate what they’re in favor of, or what a better world would look like. I do think protests express a deep desire for a better world, but there’s rarely a larger vision that is spoken aloud.

What would that look like then?
