I think he needs to eat more Big Macs and fried chicken. His condition is directly related to insufficient fat and carbohydrates in his diet. He should immediately order more and start eating non stop.

The hand bruise is daily morning electrolyte IVs.. the blood circulation issues is something one typically sees in hospice care.. On it's own it wouldn't be horrible but seeing it on an 80 y/o typically can only mean one thing. He'll get the finest health care, but it'll only slow it down so much.
